A former unknown player with a possibility listed, the possibility wound up being him. I found his wedding announcement in a newspaper, which included his high school and employment with Goodyear. It also included the name of his bride and his father and hometown.
Born to George and Alice Fox of Dover, Ohio.
Married Betty Dergel in September of 1940.
