Ted Fritsch was a multi-sport athlete, playing basketball and football at Central State (now University of Wisconsin -Stevens Point)
Fritsch played fullback for nine seasons for the Packers, and was named All-Pro in 1946. He also played baseball in the Chicago Cubs system in 1944.
Ted died of a heart attack in 1979.
