Hank Evans was a starter for the Raiders that season. An article in 1941 puts him on the Pittsburgh tournament team in 1941, along with Joe Proska. Proska was a teammate of his on the Raiders, so it makes sense that they would play for the Raiders. I found a man named Henry G. Evans, who is from Sharon, Pennsylvania, who, like Proska, was born in 1914. According to the article I read, before Evans became a player in the steel industry, he was a basketball star at Sharon HS. His height in the article is only off an inch from the biographical listing.

Article from the Uniontown Morning Herald refers to him as "Hank Evanoski" from "Westinghouse Airbrake"
