1953-54 Fort Wayne Pistons (NBA)
1954-55 Boston Celtics (NBA)

He may not have looked like your typical basketball player, but his unorthodox shooting style and chubby physique didn't prevent him from a nine-year career in the NBA, and neither did being blind in one eye and deaf in one ear.

Following an All-Star career, he left to sell insurance. He was active in the youth sports community until his death at 80.

He supposedly played college ball at USF, but he doesn't appear on their all-time roster.

He was married to Gloria and had two sons and a daughter.
