Davidoff served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War 2, promoted to First Lieutenant in April of 1944. He later served with the War Crimes Commission in Europe.
There is a Joseph Davidoff (1910-1984) from Philly, but don't think it is him.
Brother named Robert who played basketball for DePaul and NYU. He tried
out for the Sheboygan Redskins in 1945 but failed to make the squad. Bob served in the navy in World
War 2.
