Harry was born to Frederick and Nellie McNeil and grew up in Rochester, New York. After graduating from West HS in Rochester, McNeil staring working in the shipping and receiving department at Kodak in 1918. He would be employed with Kodak through 1965 when he retired. Hash started playing basketball on the company team and would wind up playing for other teams around Buffalo and Rochester, and signed with the Rochester Centrals in the ABL in November of 1927. After playing into the mid 30's, he would find himself occasionally coach youth team.

Hash and his wife had two sons.

Nolan was a real tricky one to find since his birthname was Barricelli. He adopted the use of the name Nolan after his godfather, heavyweight box Big Sam Nolan. Family name looks like it was also spelled Barchello.

Nolan was also a baseball player, and played many years of semi-pro and pro baseball as well as basketball. He later worked as a clerk and salesman until illness forced him to retire. He died in 1962 at 57 years of age.

Jimmy and his wife, Catherine, had two daughters.

Born to Gottleib and Augusts Knothe, Fritz was a member of the Passaic High School basketball team that won 159 straight games over 10 seasons. He was also a baseball player, and after graduating, he spent some time at Penn before pursuing an athletic career. He signed with Bay City in baseball's Michigan-Ontario League. He also took up professional basketball at this time, playing for Passaic and Kingston before signing with the Baltimore Orioles in the ABL in 1926-27. After another season with the Colonials and also the Rochester Centrals, he left basketball behind to focus on baseball and headed to the Pacific Coast League. After four seasons out west, including two .300 seasons with Seattle in 1930 and 1931, his contract was purchased by the Boston Braves of the National League and he spent the 1932 season in Boston, batting .238 in 89 games as a third baseman. In June of 1933, the Braves traded him to the Phillies, and he spent next few month there before being sent to Albany in the International League. He would not return to the majors, and would be done with professional baseball after 1934. He returned to Passaic and became a police officer. On March 17, 1963, Fritz suffered a massive stroke and he died ten days later.

Knothe's brother, George, also played major league baseball and both brothers debuted in the same season (1932).

A popular high-scoring forward in the east, Gaza played for many years in various leagues and changed teams frequently. One of many forgotten stars of his era, he also played nine seasons in the ABL

Later a policeman at Perth Amboy, Chizmadia was very active in putting together reunions of old-time basketball players throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He suffered from rheumatoid arthritis in his later years.

Lester Berlove

He was the captain of the UB basketball team, and earned a law degree there. He returned to Rochester to practice law, and played for the Centrals for one season. In 1932, Berlove was arrested and charged with grand larceny as part of a large probe into auto insurance fraud in Rochester. However, he pleaded not guilty and the grand jury failed to indict him. He and his wife were active in the Jewish community, raising money for hospitals in Jerusalem as well as for various charities in Rochester.

Berlove died following a brief illness in 1965

Lester and his wife, Julia, had a son and a daughter.
