From Paterson, I am pretty sure he is Benjamin Miller, son of Polish immigrants Issaac and Belle Miller, born around 15.

Humorous story about Miller. On December 3, 1936, the Kingston Colonials were playing an exhibition game at Wallkill Prison in Ulster County, New York. While there, the players were given a tour and shown around the prison. Miller apparently dawdled during the tour and got left behind and was locked up. It took a little while for this mistake to be discovered and rectified.
