NEW YORK STATE PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE
Finished: 20-9 .690, 1st place
Semi-finals - Defeated Glens Falls, 2-0
League Finals - Tied with Mohawk when series was terminated, 1-1
The defending champions started a little slowly, winning only five of their firs ten. Then they went on a five-game winning streak and finished the season winning 15 of the remaining 19. Militzok, Brofman and Rosenstein were the high scorers on the team, along with the addition of Kreisberg in mid-February. The dispatched the Glens Falls entry in two-straight games in the play-offs, and defeated Mohawk in the opening game of the finals despite Hank Rosenstein, averaging around 12 points a game, failing to show up. When more players on both sides failed to show for Game 2, the league ended the series and failed to name a champion.
