AMERICAN BASKETBALL LEAGUE (II)
1-11 .083
The once-proud Harlem Yankees club continued its downward spiral after an up-tick in fortunes in 1951-52. Still looking for a place to call home, no club epitomized the end of the ABL like this franchise. They relocated to Hazleton, Pennsylvania, from Schenectady not long before the start of the season. Then, after two games, on December 4, 1952, they moved they returned to Saratoga Springs with some games being played in Glen Falls when they had to find a home court. After opening the season with six straight losses, the Yankees won their only game of the season against Manchester on January 10, 1953. By the end of January, the team ceased operations.
