New Britain was coached by Leo Merson, long-time player and coach. He also was the coach of the Elizabeth Braves in the ABL team in February of 1947, so I am not sure on his timeline. Did he head over to coach the Braves in February after New Britain's season ended? Or was he not the coach for the entire season with New Britain?

New Britain dropped from the league after the season.
